Over the course of 17+ years, I’ve been fortunate enough to do that with big and small agencies. In my years as a Creative Director (Design/UX), I've spearheaded award-winning and integrated advertising campaigns across emerging channels, TV, print, digital, and social as well as leading visual design/user experience and re-branding efforts for large and small-scale companies. In working directly with clients, I develop positive partnerships to deliver strategic creative through human-centered design methodology that successfully achieves brand goals, business objectives and meets customer needs.

Led various portfolios including digital flyer team, email/personalization team and e-commerce team to enable explosive growth.  Drove the implementation of streamlined processes, restructured the creative service delivery model and achieved meaningful business impact.  Through human-centred design principles, addressed key friction points for customers by rapid prototyping, iterations and testing, creating experiences that addressed their needs.

Canada’s trusted source for weather information needed a refresh, with an objective of improving monetization of the platform and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
